1. Who controls your data

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide: name, phone, email and the content of your message via the contact form.
• Health data: processed only as part of the medical service at the clinic, not through the website.
• Technical data: only essential cookies for language, theme and form security. We use no analytics and do not track IP addresses (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process it

• To answer your question or request sent through the form.
• To schedule and provide a medical service.
• To meet legal obligations (medical records, accounting).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, on performing the service you request, and on the legal obligations of a healthcare provider under the Law on Personal Data Protection and relevant healthcare regulations.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Medical records are kept for the legally required periods. After the period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with: technical service providers (hosting, email) under a processing agreement, and with competent authorities where required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as data portability. To exercise these rights: kontakt@hospital-demo.mk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
