Internistische Untersuchung + EKG
Kurze Beschreibung der Leistung (über das Admin-Panel ausfüllen).
An internal medicine examination is a comprehensive health assessment for an adult patient. It begins with a conversation about your symptoms, past illnesses, current medication, and family history — details that often steer everything that follows.
A clinical examination follows: blood pressure and pulse, listening to the heart and lungs, examining the abdomen, and checking for swelling. The ECG records the heart's electrical activity and reveals rhythm disturbances, signs of strain, or a previous heart attack.
At the end you receive an interpretation of everything found in one place — what is normal, what deviates, and what comes next. Where the findings call for more, further investigation is recommended; where they do not, that is stated just as plainly.

Vorbereitung
Bring a list of all the medicines you take (or the boxes themselves), previous reports, and recent laboratory results. If the visit includes blood tests, come fasting. It helps to write your symptoms down beforehand — when they started, how often they occur, and what makes them worse.
